| 3 | c | Water |
| 4 | c | Potatoes, cubed |
| 1 | c | Celery, sliced |
| 1 | c | Carrots, sliced |
| 1 | c | Onion, chopped |
| 1 | Pkg beef stew seasoning mix | |
| OR: HOMEMADE SEASONING | ||
| 2 | ts | Beef bullion |
| 1 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | Bay leaf | |
| 1 | tb | Flour |
Combine all in slow cooking pot. Cover and cook on low all day or until vegetables are tender. Thicken if desired.
